The depressing story of a boy who's angry (as already alluded to) and it is up to a team of child psychiatrists to find out what's bothering him.  Yes, Tommy is so messed up that he needs a team of skilled therapists working on him.  The film ends on a hopeful note but it's clear to everyone that Tommy is a year from animal torturing and a road towards becoming a notorious serial killer.  32 minutes.
