It's Halloween time in this episode of The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet, but Ozzie isn't in the Halloween spirit.  He considers it to be a boring, childish time of year, but his buddy, Thorny reminds him of all the good Halloweens they've had in the past.  Ozzie and Thorny decide the reason the parties have been sucking lately is that nobody plans anything!  Ozzie takes it upon himself to put the planning in his capable hands and take it out of the silly wives' hands.  Watch to find out how Ozzie's party turns out!
